The Seattle Pups and Handlers is calling a Special General Meeting of the membership review the voting results of the By-Law Proposed updates to SEA-PAH's by-laws. In this meeting we will be reading through the result of each amendment and offering time for comment or discussion for each one as necessary. This is not something we take lightly and we want each and every one of your participation in this endeavor.
