The Seattle Pups and Handlers Association (SEA-PAH) is a group that is devoted to the human-pup and human-pet, and those that love them. This is a place for pets, handlers and people curious about pup play in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We are a group in the Seattle area that has been created to promote the human-pup/human-pet lifestyle, organize social activities for its members, educate its members and the public about human-pups/human-pets and their handlers; and to raise funds for local charities and the wider human-pup/human-pet community.
