SEA-PAH Suicide Awareness Walk
The Seattle Pups and Handlers is once again walking with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and it’s free to register! Follow the link for more information:
October 22nd. Check-in 11am, Walk start time 12pm
Members only event: Halloween Movie Night!
Your Board of Directors as well as the Events & Fundraising committee is proud to announce our members only Halloween movie night on October 24th! Join us at the Beacon Cinema as we watch the beloved Michael Keaton classic Beetlejuice!

Elections
Nominations for the SEA-PAH 2024 election are now open! Follow the link to nominate someone you would want to see on the 2024 Board of Directors team, even if that person is you! In addition to the four open board seats, we are also taking nominations for our 2024 beneficiary. Follow the link to submit your nominations. Nominations are open from October 2nd to October 31st.

Negotiation 101 class

Taught by former SEA-PAH president Courtney Jo
Are you awkward at asking for what you want? Is saying no hard for you? This class was made for you. Participants will get to practice saying ‘no’ as well as asking for what they want. ‘The Good Touch’ game will be the main component of this two hour class. We will begin with discussing negotiation styles, how to incorporate different styles of negotiation into planning a scene, then we will get into the hands on practice of negotiating.
